Plants and dry goods are shipped direct from facility after we receive our order.

Most plants are grown emersed (above water) you may experience minimal melting as they transition to submersed growth. You are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee (see here). Pots may be taken off to save size and weight.

Please note we cannot post onsite plants to WA, NT, TAS. WA customers are able to purchase from our AquaPlant Culture selection.
