Gold Pennywort Lysimacia nummularia (Terrarium Only Plant)

Gold Pennywort (Lysimachia nummularia) is a cheerful, low-growing creeping plant native to Europe, prized for its cascading stems of small, rounded, golden-yellow leaves that spill beautifully over rocks, driftwood, and substrate. In terrariums and paludariums, it creates a lush, carpet-like effect or a trailing accent that adds warmth and colour to any setup. Fast-growing and vigorous, it’s an excellent choice for filling gaps and softening hardscape edges.

Propagation: Propagates easily from stem cuttings — trim a healthy stem, remove lower leaves, and press into moist substrate where it will root readily.
