Borneo Sword (Spathiphyllum sp.) is a lush and exotic perennial native to tropical Southeast Asia, featuring broad, glossy, deep green leaves on elegant upright stems that bring a rich, jungle-like atmosphere to any terrarium or paludarium. Thriving in warm, humid conditions, it adapts beautifully to semi-aquatic setups and pairs wonderfully with mosses, ferns, and other humidity-loving species. Its bold, architectural form and easy-going nature make it a standout centrepiece for both beginner and experienced vivarium builders.
Propagation: Propagates by division — separate the rhizome into sections with healthy roots and leaves, and replant into moist substrate.
