Shipping policy

While rare we may not post to certain locations each week due to the following but not limited to

  • Natural Disasters
  • Extreme Weather
  • Public Holidays

Plants - dispatched Monday - Thursday, Rural Customers Monday - Tuesday Dispatch, some exceptions for Wednesdays. Order by Wednesday 7AM for same week delivery.

Fish -

Western Australia  - We try and process your order ASAP, Pre-Release forms are only processed on business days and usually are approved next day. We will keep you notified throughout. 

Northern Territory -  We try and process your order ASAP, S13 Permit must be approved and a copy sent to us. We send to NT on Monday's & Tuesdays' 

SA, QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT - dispatched Monday - Wednesday, Same week cutoff Sydney (rare page) - Tuesday 7PM AEST, Adelaide (common page) Wednesday 7AM AEST. 

During Summer (Dec - Feb) Livestock and plant orders are only dispatched Monday-Wednesday using Australia Post Express or Team Global Express. Dry Good Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday

Sorry we cannot post Plants or Livestock to TAS.

Out of stock Items - If item/s are out of stock at time of order, and counts for the majority of your order ($ value) where possible we will contact you to find alternatives this may cause delay. We are more than happy to refund or credit some items may qualify for backorder. This is solely up to staff discretion 

Most times we will refund or credit the out of stock items and send the majority of your order next possible shipment date.Â
