We do not dispatch on Friday, Weekends or Public Holidays. Unless local delivery has been arranged
While rare we may not post to certain locations each week due to the following but not limited to
- Natural Disasters
- Extreme Weather
- Public Holidays
Plants - Order by Monday 6AM AEDT for same week delivery (Exc WA) To qualify for same day dispatch all plants must have a star icon.
Western Australia Fish - Order by Sunday 12PM for Monday or Tuesday Dispatch
Fish Sydney - Order Before Tuesday 11:59AM for guaranteed same week dispatch. Fish are dispatched Monday-Wednesday.
Please Note - Hikari And Sera Foods are shipped direct from distributor this incurs an extra flat rate fee of $9.96
During Summer (Dec-Feb) Livestock and plant orders are only dispatched Monday-Wednesday using Australia Post Express or StarTrack. Dry Good Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday
Sorry we cannot post Plants or Livestock to NT or TAS.
Out of stock Items - If item/s are out of stock at time of order, and counts for the majority of your order ($ value) where possible we will contact you to find alternatives this may cause delay. We are more than happy to refund or credit some items may qualify for backorder. This is solely up to staff discretion
Most times we will refund or credit the out of stock items and send the majority of your order next possible shipment date.
