Echinodorus Frilly

Echinodorus Frilly is an exquisite sword plant known for its long, vibrant green leaves. These leaves exhibit pinnate venation, with distinct veins running parallel along their length, creating a textured look. They have a lanceolate shape and feature a frilled or wavy edge that adds to their ornamental charm. This plant brings a captivating element to any aquarium, infusing a lively green hue into the underwater landscape, making it a favourite among aquarists. It can reach a height of about 20-30 cm (8-12 inches) and is beautifully presented in a 5 cm pot. 

Originating from the tropical regions of South America, Echinodorus Frillyis thrives in well-lit environments, benefiting from regular nutrient supplements to maintain its lush appearance. It prefers a temperature range of 22°C to 28°C (72°F to 82°F) and a pH level between 5.0 and 7.5. Beyond its aesthetic appeal, this plant provides essential shelter and hiding spots for fish, promoting a healthy and dynamic ecosystem within the tanks.
