Chlorophytum bichetii is a graceful, clumping perennial from West Africa, featuring arching, strap-shaped leaves with crisp white margins and rich green centres that bring a clean, elegant contrast to terrariums and paludariums. Unlike its more common relative the Spider Plant, C. bichetii stays compact and non-running, making it an ideal, well-behaved accent plant for vivarium builds where controlled growth is key. Its tolerance for lower light and high humidity makes it one of the most reliable and versatile terrarium plants available.
Propagation: Propagates by division — separate the clump at the base into smaller sections with healthy roots and replant into moist substrate.
