Sunset Gourami 4cm

The Sunset Gourami (Trichogaster sp.) is a warm-toned labyrinth fish with gentle movement and a peaceful community temperament. It makes an attractive feature fish in a planted aquarium with floating cover, calm surface water, and stable tropical conditions.

• Tank Size: Minimum 60L for one; allow extra space for a pair
• Water Parameters: pH 6.0–7.5 | Temp 24–28°C | Soft to moderately hard freshwater
• Diet: Omnivore; quality flakes and micro pellets, supplemented with daphnia, brine shrimp, and bloodworm
• Temperament: Generally peaceful, though males may become territorial toward one another
• Tank Setup: Densely planted aquarium with floating plants, gentle flow, shaded areas, and access to the surface
• Skill Level: Beginner–Intermediate
