The Red Honey Gourami (Trichogaster chuna var.) is a selectively bred colour form of the Honey Gourami, displaying a rich, uniform red-orange to flame colouration that intensifies beautifully in well-maintained planted aquariums. Males in peak condition glow with a deep, saturated red that makes them one of the most visually striking nano fish available. Like the standard Honey Gourami, the Red form is exceptionally peaceful and well-suited to smaller community tanks and planted aquascapes.
