Limnophila aromatica Kalimantan Mini

Limnophila aromatica 'Kalimantan Mini' is a rare and exquisite dwarf form of the classic Limnophila aromatica, originating from the island of Kalimantan (Borneo) in Indonesia. It shares the same aromatic, herbal fragrance and beautiful two-toned foliage of its larger cousin — vivid green on top with rich purple-red undersides — but in a far more compact, refined package that makes it ideal for the midground of detailed aquascapes and nano tanks. Its smaller leaf size and restrained growth habit allow for precise placement and a more delicate, jewel-like aesthetic that is highly prized among discerning aquascapers.

Propagation: Take stem cuttings of 3–7cm, remove lower leaves, and replant into the substrate. Grows at a moderate pace; trim regularly to maintain compact shape and encourage branching.
