Lemon Tetra 2cm

The Lemon Tetra (Hyphessobrycon pulchripinnis) is a cheerful and underrated schooling fish from the Amazon River basin in South America. Its translucent lemon-yellow body is accented by a vivid yellow dorsal fin edged in black and striking red eyes, creating a subtle but beautiful shimmer in a well-planted aquarium. A classic community fish that rewards patient aquarists with its gentle nature and glowing colour under good lighting.
