Gold Mystery Snail 2-3cm

The Gold Mystery Snail (Pomacea bridgesii var.) is a vibrant and eye-catching freshwater snail with a warm golden-yellow shell and matching body. A popular and hardy choice, they are excellent algae grazers and add a beautiful pop of colour to any planted aquarium or community tank.

• Tank Size: Minimum 30L; can be kept singly or in groups
• Water Parameters: pH 7.0–8.0 | Temp 20–28°C | Moderate hardness preferred to support shell health
• Diet: Omnivorous — algae, biofilm, blanched vegetables, and quality sinking foods; supplement with calcium for shell growth
• Temperament: Peaceful; compatible with most community fish and invertebrates
• Tank Setup: Well-planted with a secure lid — mystery snails are known escape artists; leave air gap at top of tank
• Skill Level: Beginner
• Max Size: 5–6cm
