Echinodorus Red Pearl

Echinodorus 'Red Pearl' is a stunning and highly sought-after sword plant cultivar, prized for its broad, richly coloured leaves that emerge in vivid shades of deep red and burgundy, adorned with subtle pearl-like spotting and mottling that gives each leaf a lustrous, jewel-like quality. As the leaves mature they develop deeper, more complex tones, ensuring the plant always presents a dynamic, multi-layered display of colour. It forms a full, vigorous rosette that makes a bold and beautiful centrepiece or background plant in any planted aquascape — the kind of plant that stops you in your tracks every time you look at the tank.

Propagation: Produces adventitious plantlets on flower stems. Allow plantlets to develop 2–3 leaves and roots before separating from the mother plant.
