Cryptocoryne mioya is a rare and relatively newly described Crypt species from Myanmar, prized for its compact, rosette-forming growth and attractively textured, olive-green to brownish leaves with a subtly hammered surface. It stays small and tidy, making it an excellent choice for foreground and midground placements in aquascapes where a neat, structured look is desired. Like all Crypts, it rewards patience — once established it grows steadily and produces runners to fill in surrounding areas beautifully. This listing is a tissue culture — grown in sterile laboratory conditions, guaranteed pest, snail, and algae-free.
Propagation: Produces runners and daughter plants from the rhizome. Allow daughter plants to develop 3–4 leaves before separating. Plant rhizome at substrate level — do not bury it.
