The Reticulated Corydoras (Corydoras reticulatus), also known as the Network Cory or Mosaic Cory, is a beautifully patterned species from the Amazon basin in Peru and Brazil. Displaying a pale silver-cream body overlaid with a fine, intricate network of dark brown reticulations — resembling a mosaic or net pattern — this species is one of the more visually distinctive Corydoras available in the hobby. Peaceful, active, and social, the Reticulated Cory is a rewarding addition to planted community aquariums for hobbyists looking for something beyond the more common Corydoras species.
