Betta Patoti Tanah Merah Wild Pair 6-7cm

The Betta Patoti Tanah Merah (Betta patoti) is a large and impressive wild Betta from the blackwater rivers and forest streams of Borneo, with the Tanah Merah locality form being particularly sought after for its exceptional colouration. A paternal mouthbrooder, it displays a rich dark body with vivid iridescent blue-green and red scaling on the fins and flanks — a bold and striking fish that commands attention in a species aquarium. One of the larger members of the unimaculata complex, it is a true collector’s species.

• Tank Size: Minimum 120L per pair; species-only setup essential given their size

• Temperament: Males territorial; must be kept as a single pair with ample space
