Assorted Halfmoon Female Betta 3cm

Halfmoon Female Bettas (Betta splendens) display the same elegant finnage as their male counterparts, with a graceful 180° tail spread and a wide variety of colours and patterns. Females are generally more tolerant of tankmates and can sometimes be kept together in a well-planted sorority setup by experienced keepers.

• Tank Size: Minimum 20L for a single female; 100L or more for a sorority of 5+ females
• Water Parameters: pH 6.5–7.5 | Temp 24–28°C | Soft to moderately hard water
• Diet: Carnivorous — feed high-quality betta pellets, frozen bloodworms, and daphnia
• Temperament: Less aggressive than males; sorority keeping possible but requires close monitoring and heavy planting
• Tank Setup: Calm water with low flow; plenty of plants and hiding spots; requires access to surface air
