Albino Dragonblood Peacock Cichlid

The Albino Dragonblood Peacock Cichlid (Aulonocara sp. 'Dragonblood' var. Albino) is a breathtaking colour morph of the popular Dragonblood Peacock, displaying a stunning combination of vivid pink-red and white colouration with striking red eyes. A showpiece fish for any African cichlid display tank, they are bold, active, and relatively peaceful for a cichlid.

• Tank Size: Minimum 200L; larger tanks recommended for multiple males
• Water Parameters: pH 7.8–8.5 | Temp 24–28°C | Hard, alkaline water essential — replicates Lake Malawi conditions
• Diet: Omnivorous — quality cichlid pellets, frozen foods such as brine shrimp and krill; avoid high-protein mammal-based foods
• Temperament: Semi-aggressive; best kept with other Malawi peacocks and haplochromines of similar size; avoid mbuna
• Tank Setup: Sandy substrate with open swimming space and rock formations for territory and shelter
