Echinodorus ‘Reni’ ★

Echinodorus ‘Reni’ is an easy to keep sword. Which maintains vibrant red leaves in medium-high light tanks it will stay a relatively small height for a echinodorus with 15-30cm being reported. 

Like all echinodorus species, they require heavy root feeding for optimal growth. Be sure to provide additional nutrients through  AquaLabs Enrich root tabs and/or aquasoil. 

In ideal conditions Echinodorus will self propagate via flower , sending a vertical runner. Be sure not to cut flower too early as multiple plants can grow off a single bud.
