Bucephalandra Kir Royale - Aquarium Fish Tank Aquatic Plant

Bucephalandra Kir Royale is a petite cultivar with green leaves and a red stem, creating a striking colour contrast in any aquascape. These distinctive attributes add visual interest and appeal to any aquatic environment.

As rhizome plants, they must be securely attached to surfaces such as driftwood or rock, which can be achieved with aquarium-safe glue. These plants are able to absorb nutrients through the water column make sure to use a comprehensive liquid fertiliser to provide all necessary micro and macro nutrients.

Some aquarists have reported success using buce pins in aquasoil, preventing the need for glue. Keep in mind that these plants may go through a transition period as they adapt to new aquarium conditions, so it's important to be patient with them.
