Helena 2013 “Helena Dark” is a thick broad leaf bucephalandra typically showcasing dark greens with an orange underbelly. This makes for a perfect midground plant to enjoy its slow but robust growth. 

As an epiphyte, it must be securely attached to rocks or driftwood with aquarium-safe glue (sold here) they cannot be buried in substrate. 

These plants are able to absorb nutrients through the water column make sure to use a comprehensive liquid fertiliser to provide all necessary micro and macro nutrients.

Some aquarists have reported success using buce pins in aquasoil, preventing the need for glue. Keep in mind that these plants may go through a transition period as they adapt to new aquarium conditions, so it's important to be patient with them.

Fantastic service.

All the plants turned up in fantastic condition, purchasing and shipping was fast and easy. I legit was not disappointed with any of the plants ordered. Which is a nice change
