Anubias King Var ★

Anubias King Var is a striking cultivar, exhibiting a unique large and rounded leaf with delicate white blotches. The variegation is reminiscent of popular house plants like Monstera Thai.

Providing high light and CO2 will enhance variegation, although these are not essential for basic variegation. You will receive a bare rhizome cutting, level of variegation may vary from the example images

As an epiphyte, it must be securely attached to rocks or driftwood with aquarium-safe glue (sold here) they cannot be buried in substrate.

 These plants are able to absorb nutrients through the water column, making them ideal for soaking up nitrates produced by messy fish. However, to ensure optimal growth, it is still recommended to use a comprehensive liquid fertiliser to provide all necessary micro and macro nutrients.
