Anubias Barteri ‘Nana’ Potted 3cm Terracotta Pot - Aquarium Fish Tank Aquatic Plan

Anubias Barteri ‘nana’ is a popular choice in the aquarium world due to its compact size that can fit well in both small and larger tanks. It is often recommended for axolotls, goldfish, and cichlids due to its robust leaf shape. 

As an epiphyte, it must be securely attached to rocks or driftwood with aquarium-safe glue (sold here) they cannot be buried in substrate.

 These plants are able to absorb nutrients through the water column, making them ideal for soaking up nitrates produced by messy fish like catfish and goldfish . However, to ensure optimal growth, it is still recommended to use a comprehensive liquid fertiliser to provide all necessary micro and macro nutrients.
