Bucephalandra Variegated is a highly debated and variegated plant that has been known to "revert" in color, although there have been instances of successful maintenance.

As an epiphyte, it must be securely attached to rocks or driftwood with aquarium-safe glue (sold here) they cannot be buried in substrate.
These plants are able to absorb nutrients through the water column make sure to use a comprehensive liquid fertiliser to provide all necessary micro and macro nutrients.

Some aquarists have reported success using buce pins in aquasoil, preventing the need for glue. Keep in mind that these plants may go through a transition period as they adapt to new aquarium conditions, so it's important to be patient with them.
